Well, I’ve been on this journey for a few days now. It is not as hard as I expected.
The hardest part is waiting 30 minutes after eating to drink my diet lemonade. I’m a sipper, not a gulper. I tend to drink all day long. Even drinking the 64 oz. a day is not too much problem.
I want to thank all the folks who have offered me encouragement and support.
For those of those who’ve asked, yes, I really want to do this. This isn’t my first time checking into the procedures. I got as far as the office consultation about 2 to 3 years ago. At that time I wasn’t sure I could do the follow up diet. Now, I am.
I know it won’t be easy, but I’m heavier now than I was then. My overall health is worse than then. I want to improve the quality of my life as well as maybe living longer.
